Informational outputs

All calculators and summaries are general informational aids. Outputs can contain errors because of incorrect inputs, simplified models, rounding, code defects, slicer differences, firmware behavior, machine variation, or material variation. Independently verify important results with authoritative documentation, measurements, controlled tests, and qualified advice where appropriate.

Printing and equipment risk

3D printers involve heat, electricity, moving parts, fumes, resins, tools, and unattended-operation hazards. Follow the printer, material, resin safety data sheet, firmware, and slicer manufacturers’ instructions. Do not exceed tested motion, temperature, extrusion, electrical, or mechanical limits based on this site. Calibration commands and G-code can move or heat machinery; inspect them using machine-specific procedures.

Fit, strength, and materials

Calculated dimensions do not account for every tolerance, shrinkage, warping, anisotropy, creep, layer adhesion, surface condition, or load case. Do not use outputs alone for safety-critical, medical, food-contact, structural, pressure, electrical, regulated, or protective parts.

G-code inspection

The local analyzer recognizes a limited set of common text commands and comments. It does not simulate firmware, validate macros, detect all dangerous instructions, confirm machine compatibility, or prove that a file is complete or untampered. Review G-code in trusted machine-specific software and monitor printing appropriately.
